Located on the southern slope in Brovnje, the beautiful House Maria offers 220m2 of living space and a 700m2 plot, consisting of 3 apartments with separate entrances. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom.



One bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed, and the other has two single beds, each with a 90 x 200 bed, making it ideal for children. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, providing the advantage of guests having some independence if needed.



On the ground floor, there is an apartment with a separate entrance and a communal lounge area for grilling, dining, and having fun, which is perfect during the off-season when the evenings get cooler. Additionally, there is a fitness room available for guests to burn off the calories.



By using the stairs, you can access the other two apartments, also with their own entrances. The two upper apartments offer a picturesque view of the sea and the lower eastern coast of Istria, making it a wonderful place to enjoy the sunset and unwind on the balcony.



The house is ideal for vacationers who want to spend an unforgettable holiday with 2-4 families. It is also suitable for smaller or larger groups of friends who want to have a good time together after a long reunion.



Within less than 3 km, you can reach beaches and enjoy the sea, both within a half-hour walk or 5 minutes by car. Smaller purchases (bread, milk, etc.) can also be made at the same distance.



House Maria also offers a beautiful private outdoor pool for exclusive use and combines perfectly with the barbecue area for a great time.
