In the warm and quiet summer nights, you will find true peace and solace in the wonderful, luxurious and private Villa Fabiana. Fully fenced, spacious and safe garden features a large private swimming pool, comfortable and beautiful sunbeds, a loung terrace and a large dining table with a stone built grill. A few steps from the wooden deck around the pool is the entrance to the Villa.

The interior is new, modern, carefully and luxuriously designed. The house, divided into two seperate floors with two separate entrances, is
completely equipped with all appliances, amenities and cutlery. Completely air-conditioned, the house will welcome you and make you feel completely relaxed.

There are 6 beautiful bedrooms, luxurious and romantically designed, quiet and relaxing. There are 4 new and modern bathrooms. Free WiFi is
available for our guests, and safe parking is secured!

A fantastic villa

3 families stayed here together which was perfect. 2 families in the main house and 1 in the apartment below. The villa is modern and comfortable and the outdoor pool/cooking area is really special. We have stayed here twice and love the area. Several good restaurants within walking distance and we really recommend a visit to the Juricic.

Great House in Nice area

We had a perfect week in this house. It was our second vacation there and we can recommed the house. The pool area is great and the kitchen on the ground level make it easy to make dinner etc. Near the pool.

Sensational villa

What can i say, everything about this villa was perfect: location, cleanliness and quality are all 5* - pictures are 100% accurate. Great communication with the owner and even went out of his way to offer tips and advice on things to do and see in the local area. We would definitely return again. Highly recommended.

Sehr nette Vermieter, haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wenn man die Ruhe und Natur genießen möchte liegt die Stadt Labin sehr gut und bietet eine tolle Restaurant Auswahl. Jedoch liegt Labin von Pula, Rovinj etc. ca. 45-60 min weit entfernt. Das sollte einem im Vorfeld bewusst sein. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft die wir definitiv weiter empfehlen werden. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

Sehr schönes und modernes Objekt. Alles Vorort was man braucht. Check-In war früher möglich als geplant. Das kam uns sehr entgegen. Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar wenn etwas sein sollte oder man Fragen hat. Gab uns auch Tipps für Ausflüge in der Region, Einkaufen, beste Strände, etc. Als Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und selbstgemachtes Gebäck. Alles im allen sehr zu empfehlen.

Goldene Hochzeit

Es war für alle ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt. Die Einrichtung des Hauses hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Für eine größere Gruppe (wir waren 11 Personen) sehr zu empfehlen. Der Swimmingpool, die Liegen und der Grill wurde gerne genutzt. Besonders die freundliche Begrüßung und Betreuung durch das Ehepaar Fonović hat mit dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns wohl gefühlt haben. Leider ging die Woche viel zu schnell vorbei.

Wunderbare Villa, privater Pool - uneinsichtig von außen! Platz für 2 Familien + DZ m Bad!

Wir haben es hier sehr genossen, nur Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären noch ein super Extra! Der Eigentümer ist sehr gut zu erreichen, sehr hilfsbereit und unglaublich angebracht und freundlich!

Schöner Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Der Check- in verlief reibungslos, wir konnten sogar schon eher ins Haus, was mit unseren Babys wirklich super war. Wir wurden von Aleks begrüßt und mit Kuchen, einer Flasche Wein und Grappa empfangen. Auch die Grundausstattung für einen Grillabend (Kohle, Anzünder) war bereitgestellt. Das Haus bot uns die Möglichkeit, dass alle viel Zeit miteinander verbringen konnten, aber jeder auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten hatte. Aleks hat uns viele Möglichkeiten genannt, wo wir einkaufen oder essen gehen konnten, aber auch welche Orte man besuchen konnte. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Labin, ist aber recht schnell mit einem Spaziergang zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir waren absolut begeistert von der Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft von unseren Vermietern Aleks und seiner Frau. Tolle Landschaft, tolles Haus mit schönen gleichwertigen Zimmern und sauberem Pool mit ausreichend Erholungsmöglichkeiten. Alles so wie inseriert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und würden gerne in die Villa Fabiana zurückkehren.

Tolles Haus und sehr engagiertes Vermieter-Paar

Wir haben in diesem traumhaften Haus einen tollen Familienurlaub verbracht. Wir wurden herzlich mit Wein und Keksen begrüßt. Bei jedem Problem, selbst nachts um 22 Uhr, war das sympathische Vermieter-Paar immer zur Stelle. Meine Mutter hatte in Vorfeld Angst, dass es nur Katalogbilder sind, aber es war in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Super Urlaub in einem sehr gepflegten Haus mit tollen Vermietern

Hallo, wir durften 7Tage Gäste in Presika sein und haben keinen Tag davon bereut. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit wenn man Fragen aller Art hatte. Das Haus ist eher eine Villa und top ausgestattet. Die Außenanlagen mit BBQ und Pool lädt zu tollen Abenden ein und versprüht eine wundervolle Stimmung. Im gesamten ein mehr als gelungener Urlaub.
