Well-furnished and decorated throughout, Farthing is a newly converted garage with its own private entrance. Set across the ground floor, is an open plan living/dining and spacious kitchen, with everything you could need including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two double bedrooms and a very large double sofa bed in the living area. Farthing is on the edge of the beautiful North Downs hills, surrounded by green open spaces and is perfect for cycling or walking. Rosebery Park in the heart of the town is a peaceful haven to relax and for the more active, head up to Epsom Downs, just a 40-minute walk from the property with its expansive views of the London skyline.
Epsom became an exclusive and popular spa town and leisure destination in the Georgian era. The year 1847 saw the building of Epsom’s striking clocktower, which is located in the heart of the bustling Market Place that’s plays host to farmers’ markets, vegan food fairs, a regular Thursday weekly market and antiques and collectables fairs. If you love some retail therapy, you’ll find plenty of independent boutique outlets sitting alongside well-known brand favourites on the High Street, Epsom’s Playhouse Theatre has a reputation for top quality drama, music and comedy and there is a fantastic selection of great bars and restaurants.
