A modern and well presented home split over 2 floors In the City of London, ready to accommodate up to 10 guests .
The house is situated in South West London
and is just a minute from Streatham Common Station which has direct trains to Victoria Station (18 minutes )and London Bridge (30 minutes)or the bus that will take you to Brixton/Croydon.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed: a fridge and freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a washing machine and tumble dryer and a coffee machine
The living room is a luminous space fitted with a Samsung smart tv with Apple TV installed, a large sofa, a hanging swing chair and a desk.
The dining room has a large table, a sofa and a clear view to the back garden.
The first floor comprises of a master bedroom, with a king bed, two spacious wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a cot.
The second bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a large cube storage unit.
The third bedroom has a mid- double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a large desk.
The fourth bedroom has a single size bed with a wardrobe and a storage unit for books.
The garden is colourful, bright and spacious, perfect for children and BBQs
