Surrounded by artificial grass and a fenced perimeter for greater security, the property offers two outdoor porches, a private pool monitored from the interior porch and a perfect chill out area to rest. Near the pool, you will find a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and television, an exclusive comfort detail for your moments of relaxation.

The inner porch has a fully equipped kitchen that facilitates the preparation of outdoor lunches, directly connected to the interior kitchen for greater convenience. The villa has a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and television so you can enjoy your favourite series and movies in a cosy atmosphere. Additionally, the interior kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and more, so that cooking is a pleasure.
