It has a fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen with a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, etc., and a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and hair straightener.
With sea views from both the master bedroom and its spacious terrace of more than 40 square meters, you can enjoy a sunrise with views of the Lobos and Lanzarote islands.
Located in a quiet area with no parking problems, it is also just a 5-minute walk from the main avenue and a 10-minute walk from the beaches and the old town.
Only a short walk from the Acua Water Park and a bus stop just 500 meters away. Supermarkets, local beaches, restaurants, pubs, a pharmacy, a medical center, and a shopping center are all within a 10-minute walk. This home is ideal for couples and families.
