Braeside
The layout of the house is good for a large group The service from Igloo was very poor. We had a few issues and queries re the house during our stay e.g. blocked toilets, unable to open garage door and we enquired about a stair gate. We didn't hear anything back and the staff were unhelpful

Excellent family home
The house is amazing and in such a beautiful location. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The bedrooms are great with very comfy beds. The living areas were fab and lots of space to sit and chat with family. We played many family games in the large living room or the dining room table. We literally could not have asked for a better home. Nothing

Lovely stay in Nethy Bridge
High quality, large property, plenty of space, everything was very clean and new. The house was warm and had everything we needed. Easy access to the Abernethy woods and surrounding areas for hiking and bird watching. Perfect place for a long weekend stay for larger families and groups of friends. Thank you!

Highly recommend
The house was fantastic. Very spacious and well stocked with everything you would need. The Christmas hamper was a very nice touch also. We will be back! Nothing! Just keep doing what you are doing!

Having worked in tourism for many years, I felt now was the time to give people the sustainable choices that are increasingly important to us all. So using my extensive knowledge of the local market, I have created igloo with Nick. I understand fully the needs of owners and guests, having worked in the industry for a considerable length of time in management roles within rentals, sales and lodge services.

What I love best about the job is the customer satisfaction. Ensuring that everything is as it should be when my guests arrive and that they are kept well informed before, during and after their stay. I love it when people call and you really get a chance to get to know them.

I have been brought up in Aviemore, as were many generations of my family before me. So I bring a deep rooted sense of love and responsibility to the area that I live in.

I have had two passions for as long as I can remember - Travelling and The Highlands.

Growing up here in the Highlands, I have always been passionate about its history, places, people and our world class food & drink. I am particularly fond of our local craft beers!

I love to travel and I've always enjoyed getting off beaten track and experiencing things like a local. There is no better way to do this than self-catering.

Starting igloo with Erin not only allows me to combine these two passions but brings together my design, marketing and management skills built from a varied career across the public and private sector.
