El Balconet is a charming wooden house located in a prime spot in Benimaurell, in the Vall de Laguar.

It is spread over two floors. The ground floor, measuring 35 m², features a bedroom with two 90-cm beds, a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining room. In the attic, located on the upper floor of the house, is the master bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed.

El Balconet has two windows offering views of the sea, the Segaria mountain range, Montgó, and Penyó. Come enjoy our dreamlike sunrises!
