Beautiful house in urbanization on 1st line with direct access to a great and quiet sandy beach. It has a garden, terrace, barbecue and private parking. Very nice. All equipped. Community areas with direct pool to the sea and large areas of lawn. To spend comfortable and quiet holidays. Gated community with concierge. Restaurants and leisure areas very close. Golf club and tennis courts 10 minutes away by car. Possibility of making beautiful mountain routes in nearby towns. Sailing school in the area, ideal for the initiation of children. In summary: For a complete vacation !!
