Small, beautiful, cosy terraced house "Pueblo Andaluz". 10 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet position, 300 m from the sea, road to cross. For shared use: large, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (depth 80 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, public car park. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant 600 m, bar, café 600 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 300 m, shingle beach 800 m. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Perfekte Anlage
Diese Unterkunft ist sehr schön gestaltet und befindet sich in einem sehr guten Ort. Ein Punkt minus: es gab keinen Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Ansonsten kann ich nur sehr sehr gut bewerten. Werden sehr gerne noch mal hinfahren.

Après avoir vu beaucoup de locations en Espagne, je dois dire que l'équipement (vaisselle, verres, plats, poêle "Le Creuset", couteaux et couverts) du 13 Pueblo Andaluz était vraiment au Top niveau. Il manquait un grill mais je comprends que le proprio ne veut pas que l'on salisse le carrelage de la terrasse. Douche extérieure très pratique. Points négatifs : 1/ trop de français propriétaires dans la résidence : terrain conquis.. 2/ piscine trop profonde : ça bouchonne là ou il y a pied

logement sympa mobilier un peu rustique faut aimer moi pas. cela ne pas pas empêcher de passer de mauvaises vacances au contraire. cuisine équipée parfaitement.terrasse bien belle douche extérieure endroit calme pas de bruit de circulation piscine petite mais ça va on va en espagne pour la mer pas pour la piscine, elle sert juste à rafraîchir quand on rentre de la plage.. parking couvert pour voiture à l extérieur j ai beaucoup apprécié

Rapport qualite/ prix très correcte
Location très bien située dans une grande ville qui offre beaucoup d activités pour tous les goûts du sportif au curieux et très bien pour les famille ! La location est bien petit bémol un peu petite pour une famille avec 3 enfants mais elle reste très bien tout de même je recommande !!

Die Anlage ist sehr schön Garten,Pool sehr gute gepflegt nicht zu vergessen sehr nett Nachbar . Dénia ist eine sehr schöne Orte zum Urlaub machen und natürlich sehr gute Essen ####
