200 year old stable conversion

Our property has been created by the conversion of 200 year old stables. We used the stables to create a modern cottage with traditional features.

The hot tub is only for your use, and the is no restrictions on how long you can use it. It is covered by a modern aluminium pergola which has roof slats that open and close meaning you can use it all year round.

It has a large bathroom with a large freestanding copper bath, double sink and large walk in shower.

The main kitchen/living area has a large living space with modern kitchen, including a 55 inch smart tv with features such as Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The bedroom has a massive superking bed with decorative wall paneling.

Situated outside the town of Ballymoney with all its convenient amenities and with award winning beaches, world famous tourist attractions and top golf courses just a short drive away. Nestled in a secluded spot with views of green fields and rolling hills, this picturesque Irish stone cottage, with stunning views and peaceful tranquillity is the perfect country getaway for couples wanting to enjoy a romantic and restful weekend or the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful North Coast

Inside the property has been styled with an impressive mix of contemporary and traditional. The open-plan kitchen/living space boasts a beautiful fully equipped kitchen area with modern appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge), large comfy sofa, television. The high ceilings create a spectacular, spacious feeling. The bathroom comprises quality fittings with

the main feature being a large copper bath as well as a large, walk in shower area. The large bedroom boasts a huge super king size bed, complete with crisp white sheets and comfy pillows, beautiful wall panelling and window seat – perfect to relax and unwind.

Outside you will find your own personal covered electric hot tub with a private decked area to relax. Enjoy the large peaceful garden and views of the surrounding countryside – keep an eye out for a range of local wildlife, including hares, squirrels and pheasants!
