Online pictures are fairly accurate. Small one room place ok for 1 or 2 people.

This small studio is ok for a couple on a short stay. Fairly clean but needs important upgrades. Window shades are broken and old. Bedding seemed clean but also old.Towels ok. Could also use a new toaster and coffee maker. Some street noise which might increase in summer.

Perfect location

Walking distance to the beach, 2 local markets and lots of food options. Nice studio. Has essential items for basic needs and a few thoughtful touches to take to the beach. I was so glad for the Swiffer because we had so much sand come in from the beach with us. Bed slept comfy. It can get noisy at night from the street sounds, apartment sits on a frequented street. Parking can be a challenge if you have more than 1 car. The studio has an assigned spot but it is also very tight. I was not successful getting on the internet. The information on the refrigerator was not accurate. So that was a little inconvenience but nothing to lose a star over. I was not there to work. Overall a great time and a safe and clean place to stay. Would do it again for sure.
