Good property but mis-represented

Very beautiful and upgraded place in the heart of Rome. Check-in process was easy and simple. Elena helped with explaining all details well. But it is grossly mis-represented as a TWO bathroom place while one of the shower was completely useless. There was no water in the shower. They said they need to bring in a plumber to fix the shower which never happened. We were SIX of us sharing one bathroom and we barely made it to our appointments in time. In the kitchen basic condiments are missing like Sugar or a little Coffee or Tea.

Dear guest. Your definition "Very beautiful and upgraded place" makes us happy because gives a real picture of our apartment. We are sorry for the maintenance of 1 of the 2 showers. 1 to 5 stars review is a very harsh judgement that also punishes everything positive you had: a warm welcome, 3 large bedrooms with air conditioning, spacious kitchen, lounge, 1.5 bathrooms, wifi and a nice holiday in Rome. About coffee or spices, the Covid-19 is still around and we want to avoid leaving shared food for tourists. This is a policy to protect our guests. At the moment the fault in the shower has been completely repaired.
