The Villa is situated 300 meters away from Sarafovo beach and it offers a private swimming pool and summer kitchen with barbecue and dinning area.Each room is fitted with an air conditioner, bathroom with a cabin shower,flat-screen TV,free Wi-Fi access,fridge and a kettle.Most of the rooms have terraces furnished with table and chairs.There is a spacious living room with full equipment for cooking and dinning. The rich flowered garden provides the peace and relax in our guests.
There are supermarket across the street and 2 restaurants, close to the house. We provide 3 parking spots for free, either.
The villa is located in a residential area and is not suitable for noisy parties and gatherings.

One of a kind place where you can spend in peace, harmony and lack of any discomfort your vacation with your family and friends. During your stay it will be only you. We are trying to do our best to reduce our presence only for necessary garden, pool maintenance and cleaning the rooms on specific days of your stay.
What makes this property unique
All of our guests love the garden, pool and barbecue area. Providing four parking spots for free is a great benefit nowadays. At last but not at least the beach is 5 minutes walking distance. Around 200 meters distance there are tennis court, 2 restaurants and bus stop to Bourgas City Center. We are only 2 bus stops from BOJ Airport, which will save your time, money and discomfort of transfers and road traffics. The supermarket is just opposite our Villa DEAVA,
