It is equipped with central air conditioning. The garden features shaded areas furnished with chairs, tables, lounge chairs, and hammocks—perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing, perhaps while reading a good book or listening to music in total tranquility. <br>Guests enjoy complete privacy within the accommodation, which is reserved for their exclusive use. They share access to a laundry area and the spacious outdoor areas with the owners. Upon arrival, in addition to the house key, guests will be provided with the remote control for the gate leading to the property, ensuring they have complete independence in coming and going.<br>The hosts, Luigi & Fabiana (who stay in a room in the house with a separate entrance to ensure privacy at all times), are available to assist with any needs or provide information. <br>Tourist tax imposed by the municipality of Sezze pursuant to the resolution dated February 18, 2025: 1 Euro per person per night, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.<br>CIN: IT059028C2AYMCFNZR
