The STUDIO unit (30m2) includes:

There are endless benefits of being so close to the Pyrénées and the Spanish border. Get your supplies from the Supermarket, just a 10-minute drive away. If the kids are tired of the beach, they'll love the Discovery Farm Saint-André where they can go for pony rides, pet sheep, and have picnics Our favourite place to grab dinner is SABAI SABAI, where you can enjoy tasty Thai food, only 5 minutes away. From April until the end of October, you'll love the FREE train that will take you to the beach or to the city centre. For a taste of culture outside of Argelès-sur-Mer, Perpignan, an ancient city filled with history and stunning architecture, is just 20 minutes away.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Dive into the outdoor pool (open from April to October), open every day from 9 am - 8 pm (depending on weather conditions) and from 9 am - 7 pm in October. Pool access requires swimwear (traditional briefs or swimsuits). Long wetsuits, shorts, and loose clothing are not allowed.
• Please note that the fitness centre are only open upon prior booking. Minors not admitted.
• Bedroom linens: €16 per person per change
• Bathroom linens: Available for €12 per kit per person
• Bed linen and towels: €25
• High-speed Wi-Fi is available in your unit for €3/day, €5/2 days, or €15/ week (several connections possible simultaneously with one code)
• A number of these units are available, and each is individually decorated. The images shown are a representation of the unit you will receive
• Pet Fee: €12/day or €65/7 days; Please notify our team upon booking (reservation required and subject to availability)
• A damage deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax between €0.50 and €3 per person will be collected upon arrival
