Protaras Villa Dafni is a beautiful house located in one of the most convenient locations of Protaras within three minutes walk from some of the best beaches, restaurants, bars and shops in the area.
The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast island and all modern appliances. A living room area with comfortable furniture, flat screen TV, dining table for eight persons and guest WC.
The upper floor features the master bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, a third bedroom with two single beds and the family bathroom.
Protaras Villa Dafni is fully airconditioned, fully equipped and offers high speed private internet, satellite TV with English, European and Russian speaking channels as well as all sports channels.
The whole outside area is fully decked, and the landscaped garden provides adequate privacy from the neighboring properties. Villa Dafni offers a very comfortable, semi covered pool patio equipped with sofa set, dining table, bar with stools and a state-of-the-art BBQ.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
