Don’t judge a book by its cover.

When we first arrived we were not sure of the neighborhood but very quickly we found ourselves exploring the area and enjoyed the diversity. Adonis who ckd us in was very pleasant and welcoming. Grocery stores very close. Bakery close for morning pastries. We are all walkers so we walked everywhere. Walked to old town. Restaurants near by. Shopping near by. Overall great location.

The HomeAway page listed the wrong address for the apartment, so it was stressful from the beginning. While the apartment was nice, there is only one sofa- which is not enough seating with five bedrooms. There was a broken toilet. They repaired it while we were there, but it flooded afterward. The internet did not work and the property manager simply said “the prior renter did not have issues.” I would rent this apartment again if I had no other choice, but the issues took away from our visit.

Dear Guest We contacted you before your arrival giving you the right address and your contact in Nice with her mobile telephone number so surely you could not get lost. As soon as you said there was an issue with one toilet (three in the apartment) we sent a plumber who fixed it up and till now it is working well We confirm internet is working but this is a big apartment and it does not work always the same from one room to another We hope you still enjoy your holidays...

Family Affair

There was a language barrier with our Check In person, Nora. She didn't speak English and we don't speak French. The Chain on the Front Door sticks and in an Emergency, it could be catastrophic. We did run out of Hot Water once during our stay and in one of the showers, the drain was clogged a couple of days into our trip. Nora did take care of that. We were a party of 7 people for 5 days, we were not given very much Toilet Paper. When I asked about it, I was told to go to the store and get more. We already had but I feel we should not have to provide toilet paper on our Vacation. Also, they did not provide Coffee, Paper Towels, Laundry Detergent, Shampoo or Shower Gel, which I think is a requirement. I mention these things so the property can improve, especially on the Front Door Safety Issue!

広くて大人数には便利！

フルキッチン付きの広いリビング以外にベッドルームが5つ、トイレが３つ、シャワーが3つあり、大人数でつかうにはとても便利でした。今回は男性6名、女性2名の計8名で利用しましたが、駅からも近くてとても便利でした。鍵の受け渡しだけフランス語しか話せない女性と電話対応となり、チェックイン・チェックアウトのときに待ち時間が発生しましたが、それ以外はほぼ問題なしです。タオル類が若干古い感じかな。窓を開けると外から蚊が入ってくるので注意したほうがいいですね。

Rymlig ,fräsch,central lägenhet

Vi var 8 personer som bodde en vecka i lägenheten. Den var rymlig, fin och ren. Lägenheten låg centralt, nära till spårvagn och affärsgatan, tågstation och Chagall museet. Vi tog spårvagn ner till stranden, promenad tog ca 20 min. Allt fungerade bra med nycklar och betalning. Lätt att få kontakt med uthyraren via sms och mail. Vi kan tänka oss att åka tillbaks dit.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances dans ce très bel appartement, très spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé, situé à proximité des commerces et de la gare ( ce qui nous a permis de rayonner dans la région très facilement). Il se situer à dix minutes du vieux Nice et de la plage. Très bonne boulangerie à deux pas de l’appartement pour des croissants tout chauds le matin, supermarché, restaurants, etc. Marie-Christine et André Rabot
