A converted former wood shed, this luxury cottage is set next to the owners own property, and offers guests a spacious and comfortable place to enjoy, located in the heart of Herefordshire with access to a private hot tub within the garden. Enjoying stunning views from the grounds of the property, there is also a private woodland owned by the owners that guests can explore just a short walk from the front door.



The property is semi-detached and set over two floors. On entering the property there is entrance hall for storing boots and coats, which leads to a open plan living space. The living area has a wood burner for those cooler evening and the kitchen is well-equipped. There is also a sun room with seating and coffee tables, this lovely room takes in the views of the surrounding farmland. Upstairs has two bedroom one with en-suite shower room, and the family bathroom completes the property.



Set just 9 miles away from the beautiful town of Hay-on-Wye, popular for its literary festival, this property is an ideal haven for guests wanting to get away from it all, but is also perfect for those who are looking for adventure, with walks nearby including Hay Bluff Hill and the Black Mountain. There are plenty of areas of interest for guests to visit including Hay Castle, Hergest Croft Gardens, or why not take a canoe down the River Wye, a perfect way to take in the breathtaking views of the Wye Valley. Also within easy reach is the city of Hereford which offers a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops, including many independent stores.

the woodshed is an exceptional place to stay the views are amazing and the accommodation is a very well kept and fully supplied with everything you could possibly need as well also Pat the owner leaves a nice hamper full of goodies and was a pleasure to talk to very nice lady indeed overall would highly recommend this place for a nice and relaxing stay will definitely be visiting again in the near future great place for children plenty of outdoor space in their magnificent gardens

Loved location as so quiet and peaceful, lots of birds and squirrels to watch in garden… you need car if you want to get out and about.
