Large, exclusive villa with a very high standard. The vineyard from the end of the 19th century was completely renovated in 2010 and the swimming pool was ready in 2016.
The property is idyllically located with stunning views of vines and hazelnuts, just off Costigliole d`Asti, a little gem of a village. Here you are in the middle of the real Italy and the area is now also on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The nearest wine tasting winery is 500 meters away and Barbaresco is just 15 km away.
By car is the glorious Alba approx. 20 minutes away and to Barolo it takes half an hour.
It is also a short distance to major cities such as Asti, Turin, Milan and Genoa.
Here you can really enjoy beautiful Piedmont with all it has to offer of wine, food, truffles, markets, festivals, golf and football.

If you ever want to treat yourself to a little extra luxury in wonderful surroundings, then this is the home to visit. The house is a full 520 m2, the rooms are spacious with attached bathrooms. Large dining room both inside and outside with barbecue facilities. The pool is about 40 m2 and 2.3 meters at its deepest - pure luxury and fantastic for play and fun. When you have made your first cappuccino on the exclusive espresso machine, you want to buy the equivalent for private use. Here you get high class in everything from the rooms, the bathrooms, the pool and the furniture/equipment.
