Beautiful country house with hot tub

Sleeps 4 adults .Beautiful modern spacious well equipped house on the outskirts of Alhaurin El Grande, boasting views of the town close by and mountain scenery. The Villa is totally secluded and not shared with anyone. The garden is well equipped with outside corner sofa,round dining table with stalls,loungers, hot tub and a bbq for alfresco dining. The local town is served with restaurants and local shops. The larger towns and beaches are 20-25 minutes away by car but can be reach by bus..
The space
The property is spacious and bright with a good sized garden, all main rooms are served with air conditioning, there is an outside dining area for alfresco eating and hot tub to either use as a hot tub or for cooling down in the warm months. Sun beds are provided with towels..
Guest access
The rental property is within the same grounds where the owners live, however the two areas are separated to give privacy to those wishing to stay..
Other things to note
We are located in the countryside but walking distance into our town Alhaurín el Grande, where you will find restaurants, bars and shops however it is advisable that a vehicle is required in order to see other neighbouring towns and village’s..

La casa del dueño está al lado y está todo el tiempo vigilando quién entra, quién sale, qué haces… Entra dentro de la propiedad cuando no estás o cuando hay solo menores, sin permiso y sin avisar. Tuvimos que irnos porque nos sentíamos espiados, vigilados, inseguros e incómodos. Además, le decía a la página cosas diferentes “suerte” que nos habíamos comunicado por escrito y yo tenía registro de ello. Después de irnos, el anfitrión siguió acosándonos e incluso nos insultó por WhatsApp.

Why they chose this property

A place to relax and unwind in the hot tub, but if you wish to venture out there are many typical Spanish villages near by for you to pop out for a drink and a meal, or if you want to explore this region we are very central to Malaga and the coast line down to Marbella, the region has lovely countryside and mountain views.
There are several golf courses within the area of Alhaurín el Grande with Mijas golf just 15 minute drive from our location, there are many walking routes and here in Spain, cycling is a massive sport active with many mountain road to test ones ability, we are only 5km away from the new KMC Centre (Buddhist temple), also there are many tourist attractions, within 25 minutes drive to entertain all ages. Our town is typically a Spanish working town, with Coin, Mijas Pueblo and Cártama in close proximity, Mijas Pueblo is a lovely days outing with white washed buildings, park walks and array of shops, bars and restaurants. Please note we have a few local neighbours and they will also welcome you but we kindly ask that we respect them at all times so we can all enjoy your time with us..

What makes this property unique

Travel around the area is best served by a vehicle but there is a local bus service from our town to other towns and coastal areas. Parking in town can be busy at times however there is ample parking near the local bus station (free) which is a 3 minute walk to the centre of town. Bus tickets are €1.55 per person which seems to be a fixed price between each journey. Walking into town is approximately 25 minutes but not recommended in the heat of the day in the summer months.
