With their interconnecting doors, the two apartments, Roero and Monferrato, can easily be combined to create a large, welcoming space for staying together while maintaining independence and privacy for each group.
The ground floor area consists of 2 independent apartments that can be connected. The first apartment, Roero, has 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed in the kitchen, and a bathroom. The second apartment, Monferrato (which can be connected), has 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, and 1 bathroom. The property also includes a shared swimming pool. The house is ideal for families or groups of friends.
