Was terrible customer service

It was terrible the check in clerk did not speak English it was very far from like 45 minutes from the beaches we had to catch buses and taxis to get there nobody knew where this place was it was very removed from everything even center I would not recommend 👎

Excelente lugar

Excelente lugar, supero mis expectativas por mucho. muy bonita decoración y espacio suficiente, fuimos 7 personas y 1 menor y estuvimos súper bien. cuenta con terraza con asador y jacuzzi privado lo cual le da un súper plus. el personal del fraccionamiento y los vecinos muy amables. cuenta con todo lo indispensable para pasar una estancia agradable y confortable. cuenta con alberca que me hubiera encantado estuviera climatizada, sin embargo para los que no tienen problemas con la temperatura del agua en la alberca está excelente. Respecto a la distancia con la zona hotelera son aprox 25 minutos en coche, distancia al centro 15 minutos, es de fácil acceso y cuenta con varias tiendas, supermercados, farmacias, lugares de comida cerca. Por último pero no menos importante, la atención de Alejandro es increíble, con iniciativa y siempre atento a que no falte nada y asegurar una gran estancia, respuestas rápidas y eficientes. sin duda regresaría
