Beautiful Home on 3 acres Minutes from A&M

Just 17 minutes South of A&M, this beautiful house sets on three acres with a pool, a pond and a peninsula! This spacious 5 bedroom home with its peaceful setting is perfect for the family that wants to relax by the pool, enjoy the outdoors, and have the space to bring the entire family with room for all!

You are welcome to use the pool and spa.* Please use the buddy system when swimming or using the spa. Please let us know before you book if you plan to use the spa and/or pool (a fuel use fee of $400/booking is required to heat the pool during the months of Oct-Apr). Use of the heated spa is not extra. Please confirm desire for use before booking.

No motorized watercraft permitted on the lake (HOA policy).

This area is zoned as single family. Families only please. No large parties. Responsible (legal) use of alcohol is required.

It is a very quiet neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors by remaining on the 3 acres (boundaries are marked by fence posts by the lake).

This is a very relaxing setting. Please enjoy it and treat it respectfully. We are glad to have you and want to do all we can to help you enjoy your time at our property!

Wedding Weekend Stay

This was truly the perfect place for our family to stay for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The home is beautiful and fit our needs perfectly! It was nice to have the lovely backyard and pool to enjoy. We would definitely recommend staying at this home.

Perfect Family Home for A&M weekend

We had 3 families stay here to visit out kids at college and go to the football game. Large home with lots of space to hang out. Beautiful back yard and pool. Had everything we needed for a perfect weekend! Thank u! We will be back!

This place was perfect. Just a few miles outside all the hustle and bustle from campus. Beautiful and peaceful setting. Great for families with older parents. Everything is on one floor. Made great memories there for graduation weekend.

We were looking for property with a waterfront back in 2016. The house and 3 acres were a great fit for us.

We love the sunsets, the overall country feel, the birds, and the sense of calm we experience here!
