It has excellent bus links to the city centre as well as walking distance along either the union canal or Colinton Road in around 30 mins. There is a Tesco Express convenience store and excellent restaurant and bar within a few mins walk of the apartment. The neighbourhoods of Morningside and Bruntsfield are also close by providing a fantastic array of bars, cafe's, shops and restaurants.
