5 of us Stayed here for 2 nights, no problems at all.short taxi ride to Wembley stadium. Short walk to train station and 20 minute Train ride into centre of London.Really enjoyed our stay here.
The home was clean and described accurately. We loved using the hot tub every night, and the whole place was perfect for our family of five to spread out after a day of sightseeing.
Stayed here with small group of friends and family for 2 nights and went to Dua Lipa concert at Wembley stadium on the first night and made it a long weekend. Very good location. 5 minute walk to Station with Bakerloo line.
Fantastic location, easily accessible to get in an around London, shops within walking distance
Everything was as it was advertised, lovely home, well looked after, I went with my daughters and grandchildren, the garden was secure to let them play and the hot tub was amazing, thank you Pamela
We enjoyed our stay at Joyce's property. It was clean, cozy and had all the amenities we needed. The property is very close to the tube station, so making our way into London was a breeze. There were shops and a lovely pub in close proximity which meant we didn't have to go far for some meals/snacks.

Great stay in Wembley really easy access to everywhere. We came to visit Harry Potter and London Town and the hot tub was a welcome bonus. Place was perfect. Super safe place in the heart of Wembley. Less than 5 mins to tube.
This place was beautiful and spotless. I didn't realize the distance from popular attractions were so far away. An Uber was roughly 45 minutes. The property itself was perfect, loved the patio outside as well. Very easy check in and out.
The location was perfect for our family of six. We had beds for easy family member and the walk to the Tube was only 3 mins away. Joyce looked after any requests we had and she had excellent communication.
We highly recommend and hope to return.

Hi Jackie, our home is in a peaceful residential area, which you, your party and hundreds of our happy guests experienced, and your party did not communicate any issues with us, if this wasn’t the case .
Our area has plenty of on street parking, coupled with the property having its own gated drive way, which is not common in the heart of London.
Very clean and everything we needed for our family. Joyce was very accommodating, allowing us to arrive early to drop luggage.
Just a bit further out from Central London, but not too much of an issue.
Very nice for location. Joyce was a wonderful host. Had 3 separate Vrbo booked in 3 countries for trip. This is the only one that worked out and was accurate. Would definitely recommend to cute guests. Easily accessible to downtown London
The rental was as expected from the description. Beds were comfy although some of the pillows were really lumpy..We didn't use the hot tub as we were out a lot but it looked good. It's 5 minutes to the tube station so access to London is great. I was a bit put off when we first arrived as there were lots of people hanging around but both times when we returned at the end of the evening the road was quiet
This house was perfect for our family of 6. The beds are very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for what we needed.
The walk to the tube stop is short, and the neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to most tourist locations from the Harlesden stop.
There are a couple little grocery store/markets next to the tube, so everything we needed was easy to walk to (~5 min walk)
We'd definitely stay here again
The house was absolutely perfect, all the amenities and location were fantastic, honestly couldn't have asked for better.
Less than 5 minute walk to Harlesden tube station which is super easy to navigate to main attractions around London, honestly such a great find and I cannot thank Joyce enough for helping me with all of my queries and being super kind! Thank you so much Joyce 😊
Clean and well equipped property, nice garden area with table and chairs and hot tub we rented at additional cost. Fantastic communication from property manager including information about local area. Harlesden tube station and overground station a 3 min walk from property. 2 local food shops and takeaway at end of street. Would recommend property to other families, we were 2 adult couples and 5 yr old

Good for a short period of time
Overall rental had everything we needed. Pictures make it appear bigger than it actually is. No air conditioning upstairs so had to leave windows open at night, noisy street. Neighborhood was sketchy. Walkable to train station and grocery store.

Hi, just like the majority of British houses there is no air conditioning due to the colder climate. We have a thermostat that controls the temperature of the house which you were able to use. We also have tower fans in each of the 3 bedrooms upstairs which have different cooling settings and speeds and there is also one in the living room downstairs.
I’m not sure how the place looks any bigger in the photos, we’ve captured the whole space
I’m sure you researched the area prior to booking - it is a residential area, not a high street so noises levels are generally low.
You failed to mention that you did not communicate any of your concerns to us prior to, during or after your stay. Furthermore, without any communication or request, your group decided to have a later check-out (around 45minutes later than our specified time). I had reminded you about our checking in/out information 3 times and each time received no response from you.
From start to finish Joyce was always in contact with me , me and my family loved staying there ,it was close to enoyht to travel back and forths to central London ,nice quiet area ,shops etc just a stone's throw ,the house was emmaculate clean and tidy ,enough towels to go round the rooms was big spacious and comfortable hot tub was a big hot with us all . My only complaint and not a big one was the TV's in the room I felt they were too small and didn't compliment the rooms other than 5 stars all round and I would definitely stay there again.
We were two families for a total of 9 with kids ranging 10-16 and London was our first stop of a month long trip. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and worked well for families. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the train station so perfect for getting into the heart of the city for all the touristy adventures on either the overground or underground. The grocery is a short bus ride or manageable walk away. Park for running or for kids to play close by.
Joyce was very responsive to questions before and during our trip. We enjoyed our time here!
We had a not if fun. Its a nice house with a good location. Only two bad thinks. The towels smelled like old eggs. Same for the shower. And the room where the air mattreses where was so cold during the night that we woke up.

We communicated throughout your entire stay, We’re disappointed you didn’t bother to mention any of these issues to us.
Every towel is dry cleaned before put in the house. If the towels really smelt like “old eggs” you would alerted us and we’d have replaced them immediately.
The shower has no smell because there is an extractor fan in the bathroom which removes any smell.
Furthermore, there is a thermostat inside the house and our check-in guide tells you exactly how to use it. If a room was cold, it is because you did not increase the temperature on the thermostat as that controls the heating.
We are very surprised with your review, especially as you checked in 5 hours earlier at 11am, without any communication with us prior to your arrival (check in is usually at 4pm), and we were understanding and didn’t charge you a penny.
You even requested for a later checkout. I’m sure you wouldn’t have requested to stay any longer if there really was any “old egg” smells in this peaceful and cosy property.

I'm a bubbly lady who has lived in London for 30 years. feel free to ask me for food and place recommendations, I am more than happy to help!
Why they chose this property
This was the first house I lived in when I came to live in London before I had my own family. I have decided to make it a holiday home- it is perfect for solo travellers or groups and it's a really cosy place with great transport links.
This property is currently advertised on Airbnb where I'm a superhost.
What makes this property unique
The property is located in a tranquil residential area, situated close to Wembley stadium and has tube and bus links that will take you directly into central London (20 minutes by tube). Harlesden train station is just a 3 minute walk from the property so it is very easy to commute without a car.
We have installed a brand new 7-seater jacuzzi- this is a luxury that is extremely rare to find, especially for a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms in the busy city of London.
The house has a private gated driveway (free parking onsite), which can comfortable fit 2 medium sized cars. There is also free parking down the road from the house if needed.
