✅You will also be asked to fill up a guest information sheet and submit a copy of covid vaccine certificate or vaccination card. This is REQUIRED by the building administration for your move-in clearance.

✅You also need to fill up the Uptown Parksuites Visitor Registration & Health Declaration Form through online when registering at the reception.

✅There is no free parking in the building. You may park at Uptown Parade multi-level parking, which is just a short walk from the condo.
