New Year stay

The house is okayish and always warm; however, it was not worth the price. Very close to the property is a leisure centre with a swimming pool, sauna and a gym. They were clean and can always be visited; it just requires pre-booking. The water was warm. We stayed 5 nights. In the cabinet and the pan were mice droppings. The sofa was dirty and dusty, and the dog’s hair was everywhere. Even though I have contacted the agency, nothing was done. No mat was provided in the bathroom, nor was a mop to dry the floor if it spilt. The house only has carpet in the bedrooms. The double bed is too small for two people. Most of the things required to stay out of your home were there. However, there was no decoration and not even the same glasses were provided for six people for a nice dinner. In my opinion, the owner does not live locally, and the cleaning services are not responsible enough.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the house warm and the leisure centre facilities convenient. We do appreciate your comments regarding the cleanliness and the condition of the house. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with mice droppings, the sofa, and the dog hair. This is certainly not the standard we aim to maintain, and we will be addressing these concerns with the cleaning service to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We also apologize for the missing bathroom mat and mop, and for the inconvenience caused by the size of the bed and lack of decorative touches. We understand how these things can impact the overall experience and will take your comments into consideration for future improvements. We take all guest feedback seriously and will work to ensure these issues are resolved. Thank you again for your insights, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future.
