Beautiful, newly built (Est. 2017), 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, upper story, sitting on The Strand in Oceanside, Ca. Walk a few steps out your front door and you are on a wide sandy beach with picnic tables, barbecues, and the Oceanside Pier, all right in front of you. This home is fully furnished and professionally decorated. Kitchen has all the amenities you could imagine, with ocean views and granite counters. The living room looks straight out to the ocean with AMAZING panoramic doors that open to your private deck, and 1 of the bedrooms also has ocean views. Enjoy your own patio area looking straight out to the beach!

BEACH ACCESS: Beach access is out the front door and across The Strand, straight onto the sand. The Strand is a single lane 15mph access way for the properties along this road and is pedestrian friendly. The Strand is not a thoroughfare, and there is no parking on The Strand.

PARKING: 2 Assigned Parking Spaces in the Underground Garage

Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

View is everything

The rental is a little bit tired. Depending on how much you pay, you might expect more. Shower heads dont stay up (nothing better than a nice shower after a day on the beach - but hard to do this with the shower head falling on the floor - in 3 of the bathrooms). Toilet paper holders all broken & huge holes in the walls where they have been fixed again & again. Small issues which can be easily fixed. Microwave above the stove doesn’t work - so no hob light or extraction fan. Not a single lamp in the main living room so the lighting system makes you feel like an airport runway and like a fish bowl where everyone can look inside. Would be useful to have some down lighting in the main living room. Nothing on offer for the beach - No chairs, toys for kids, bodyboards, bat & ball etc, which is strange given the “great for families” selling point. Overall, good location for the beach, sunsets, dolphin watching etc. Inside a little tired.

Relaxing get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was wonderfully relaxing. We were very happy with the view, and the awesome panoramicwindows that opened on both sides of the living/dining space to allow the fresh air and sounds of the ocean into the room with us. The furnishings were nice and the beds were comfortable. A little TLC might be needed for the outdoor furniture, BBQ and firepit. The local management company was responsive and quick to follow up with our requests. ❤️
