Great Location

Great Location, Overall the house was great but only one bathroom upstairs which was a little inconvenient. The outdoor space is amazing, great location near a lovely place to eat.

We loved this house! The great outside area, farmland, views and nature on one side, small village on the other side. Great restaurant on the corner, best bakery 5 minutes walk away. Very private and the rooms good. Three showers and 4 toilets. Pool great, and everything around the pool really good. I would recommend this place for everyone!

The villa was stunning! The outdoor space, swimming pool and views were fantastic. The indoor living space is small but we didn’t use it at all because we spent all our time using the outdoor space and cooked and ate outside. We happened to be there during a heat wave and it was impossible to sleep in the separate annexe bedroom as it was too hot. It’s probably fine when there isn’t a heat wave. We had a wonderful stay.

In terms of the good: the pool and outdoor area was fantastic and a pleasure to spend time in. There's a whole outdoor kitchen with everything you'd need. The house was charming and having so many rooms was great. Also the location was a plus: being in a village gave us freedom to pick up food and go to restaurants without a car and Llubi was generally very charming.The not so great: the layout of the house and the bathroom situation was a bit tricky. Two rooms have ensuite bathrooms and the remaining four have one bathroom with a shower and another bathroom with just a toilet. Sharing a shower between four people is doable, but in our case, the shower for the four bedrooms did not work--actually it seemed to be an issue with the water with that part of the house since the tap in the other bathroom didn't work properly either. A plumber had come by but unfortunately was unable to fix the issue, leaving us with having to use the ensuite bathrooms, which was a bit of a headache with six adults.Otherwise, there were minor things that in improving could make the house a lot nicer: there are no mirrors in the bedrooms, no place to hang towels in the bathrooms, no decent hangers, and while there are two kitchens, there are only utensils and plates, etc. for one. Again, minor, but it would take this place to the level it presents itself, which is a chic villa.

We loved the area around the pool including lounge and outside kitchen. Large pool, good for a large group to relax together with more than enough space to rest in the sun as well as for relaxing under a roof. The view from the pool area is amazing.The host was easy to reach and helpful with regard to questions for our stay, thank you! From the pictures we expected the home to be more remote, however, it is situated in the middle of Llubí. Two of the bedrooms are facing the street which is - although being a small Mallorcan street - quite noisy (construction going on in the house opposite of our place as well as cars and pick up of trash). Furthermore, we have been there in the middle of July and it was almost unbearably hot inside despite the fans provided in each bedroom. The rest of the rooms including bathrooms (some with windows) are ok-not fancy but we spent most of the time at the place outside. No private parking but spaces down the street available.Overall a good stay

Alles war super! Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und die Aussicht einmalig.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Nur die Entsorgung des Mülls war etwas kompliziert, da der Ort mehr als 1 km entfernt war und man nur Zutritt mit einer Anwohnerkarte hat(welche uns nicht zu Verfügung gestellt wurde).Im Endeffekt war das Restaurant neben uns so hilfsbereit weshalb wir dort die Mülltüten deponieren durften.Alles in allem ist diese Unterkunft für große Gruppen nur zu empfehlen. Preisleistung ist wirklich top!

Super schöner Außenbereich mit riesiger Terrasse inklusive Outdoor-Küche und einen schönen großen Pool. Der Innenbereich ist einfach gehalten und dient eher der Schlafmöglichkeiten. Der Aufenthalt findet definitiv draußen statt. Auch der tolle Ausblick macht Spaß und ist entspannend. Lediglich die fehlenden Stellplätze für Mietwagen könnten zum Verhängnis werden, da Parkmöglichkeiten zum Teil schwierig sind. Alles in allem eine tolle Finca im inneren von Mallorca!

Wir haben mit 7 erwachsenen u einem Kind Urlaub auf der Stadtfinca gemacht u waren von dem Aussenbereich total begeistert. Hat alles gepasst. Im inneren könnten kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten vorgenommen werden. Wir waren nur zu 8. aber für 10Personen wenig Geschirr nur kleine Töpfe, nur ein Wäscheständer, zwei Geschirrtücher da könnte etwas aufgestockt werden. Da wir uns aber meistens nur in dem tollen Aussenbereich aufgehalten haben …passt es

Een uitzicht om nooit te vergeten! Je kan aan die grote tafel zitten met de bbq aan of met al je vrienden aan het zwembad liggen terwijl je uitkijkt over die bergen en de zon ziet ondergaan.. zo prachtig!
