Description villa Les Angles

Superb villa, completely renovated with a large private pool. The garden is equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ so that you can enjoy the beautiful weather and the pool comfortably. You have a magnificent and unobstructed view of the Rhone Valley. There is no vis-à-vis.
The villa has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 people comfortably. There are two bathrooms, each with two sinks, shower or bath. One of the bedrooms has, in addition, a bathroom (shower and sink). There are still separate toilets in the hallway so that makes three toilets in all for everyone's comfort.
Completely equipped kitchen with view on the terrace, the valley and the swimming pool. Dining room with a table for 10 people and terrace with a table 10 people. The living room has a view of the terrace and the pool also, there is direct access through a large glass door. Three televisions, wifi, DVD player are at your disposal.
Two of the five bedrooms are on the first floor, one of them has a bathroom (shower and sink). Two bedrooms on the ground floor have a TV with a large selection of channels.

Wonderful property

Very well equipped property Wonderful setting. Probably need a car or two to enjoy the just outside Avignon old City although taxis bus and other options could work. We enjoyed cooking eating on the terrace by the pool. The host was great and very helpful. Would totally stay there again!

Beautiful home but AC only in bedrooms

Great views from pool, house has a good layout and was very clean. Close to town and secure. It was 36 (100f degrees ) most of the week and not having AC in the living/dining /kitchen areas was not great. Inside temp was about 31 (88 f) when we got home from touring. The pool was perfect and the host left some rose for us, so that was our first stop. Really beautiful home.

The main living area is not air-conditioned, as mentioned in the listing, since many guests enjoy the natural airflow through the large sliding doors. The house stays cool thanks to the five air-conditioned bedrooms and closed shutters on the south-facing side. We strive to maintain a good balance between comfort and environmental responsibility. Tout s’est bien passé, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa. La vue en cuisinant est superbe, de manière générale tout était propre et agréablement décoré. La proximité du centre ville d’Avignon (5 minutes en voiture) est top! Un petit point en plus non négligeable dans le sud: malgré la chaleur, la maison reste fraîche!

Notre séjour a été superbe. Karlien est une hôte agréable, réactive, et accommodante, et le logement était dans un état de propreté et d'organisation impeccable à notre arrivée. Tout a été parfaitement expliqué, et noté au sein du logement pour que l'on trouve ses marques. La propriété est somptueuse et très bien placée pour profiter du calme de la périphérie et aller en centre-ville d'Avignon. Pour résumer : une location de qualité professionnelle avec la flexibilité d'un échange entre particuliers. Je n'ai rien à redire, tout était parfait.

prestations de qualité

les prestations de cette maison sont de qualité, la maison est de très bonne facture, et il est possible de louer 4 vélos sur place. Karlien s'assure qu'un fonds d'aliments et autres éléments de base sont présents ce qui est extrêmement appréciable. Les draps sont fournis et lits faits, ce qui permet de profiter au plus tôt de la villa. le check in est à 16h, check out 10h. à noter : la montée de la côte en venant d'avignon en vélo nécessite qques minutes de marche à pied, mais il au total il ne faut que 15-20 minutes pour accéder à avignon centre en vélo ce qui est très pratique en pleine période de festival par exemple. Les échanges avec karlien sont clairs et efficaces. merci karlien,
