An amazing place if you want to relax and get away from everyday life.
The lodge we stayed in ( badger lodge) was amazing. It came with everything you need to make your stay comfortable for a family of 4. The lodge include a washing machine, hoover, huge freezer and a hair dryer. The hot tub is definitely the highlight of the stay. A guy comes out and explains all the dials and is cleaned on a daily basis. The area overall is good, there is a play area for young children but not much for teenagers to do apart from a quarry trail. The only let down for this place is the lighting generally the lodge lounge and bedrooms are dark but the kitchen has good lighting. There is no Wi-Fi or signal so this place is a good place if you want to cut off from the rest of the world with no distractions. The reception area has facilities where you can borrow games and dvds for free to keep you entertained and a well stocked shop. Overall this place is lovely and I would definitely be going back. Staff are lovely and area is very secure
