Las Ramblas, comfort in BCN for 8 persons:
Barcelona is one of the best tourist destinations in the world and we want to offer you our home so you can enjoy of this charming and spectacular city.
Leisure, culture, art and exquisite gastronomy are the highlights of Barcelona.
Our apartment is located right on Las Ramblas. This is the favorite area of the visitors because it is the closest to incredible places such as El Gòtic, the port, Paseo de Gracia or Plaza Catalunya.
The whole apartment is well equipped.
The dining room and the kitchen are prepared so that you do not lack anything. There is also wifi, air conditioning and heating.
It has 4 rooms:
Room 1: 1 double bed
Room 2: 2 single beds
Room 3: 2 single beds
Room 4: 2 single beds
There are also 3 bathrooms.
The best of all is that you will have a public parking (for a fee) just 50m away and the subway at 100m.

We appreciate your good behavior and respect for the rest of neighbors, the hours of silence is from 22:00 to 8:00. (The deposit will not be refunded if this rule is not respected).
Celebrations such as bachelor parties or birthdays are not allowed.

Great place, poor management

This is a beautiful home in Las Ramblas, very spacious and roomy. Perfect for a family or a group of friends. However, good luck getting the management to respond to you once your stay is over — they will do everything possible to keep your security deposit — 400 euros !
