THE SPACE:This 240 m2 apartment has all the facilities and comforts you need during your stay. It is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Barcelona, right in the luxury Passeig de Gracia!

Family friendly apartment that incorporates a special area for the little ones, including children amenities, toys, and joyful decoration.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 10 people distributed in 5 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed (with private bathroom)- family oriented with baby crib and diaper changing table

Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed (with private bathroom- no AC)

Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed

Bedroom 4: 2 Single beds (convertible into a double bed)

Bedroom 5: 2 Single beds (convertible into a double bed)

*Please let us know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for summer and central heating for winter. All the bedrooms, except for 1, have AC.

All the bedrooms have storage space.

3 Full bathrooms with WC, bidet and bathtub.KITCHEN:The U shaped kitchen of this home is fully equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a refrigerator. It also features a laundry facility with washing and drying machine.LIVING ROOM:The living area is bright and spacious. It includes a dining area with a table where you can have dinner all together. You will love the comfy chairs and having a meal with amazing views thanks to the big windows facing the Passeig de Gràcia. There are nice comfy double sofas and flat screen TV.

We had as great stay! Initially had issues with a broken washing machine and no hot water but the Host was immediate in her/his response to fix both. Both items repaired within 1 day. Super responsive! As for complaints, not much. The difference between a good place and a great place is the amenities - as any person who stays in upscale hotels will tell you. All this apartment needs is regular sized bath soap bars ( not the small cheap bars), Kleenex in all bathrooms, extra bath towels in all bedrooms and a few nice smelling candles in the common areas and this would have a 5 star rating for sure!!

Large, beautiful flat in an amazing location

My extended family loved this place - very family friendly, fantastic location and beautiful views of Casa Batlló. There were two cribs, a high chair and toys for the little ones. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. We cooked several meals there and in addition to food purchases we needed to purchase paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and toilet paper. The linens were lovely and there was lots of place for our family to hang out during nap times. We especially loved the huge dining room table!

Great location

Unit was very centralized with great views and very clean. We loved the beds very comfortable to come back to after a long day. Communication with property manager was excellent. I highly recommend this propert.

Very spacious and great location

We had 5 adults staying at the apartment and could have comfortably fit more! The space is enormous and bedrooms are spread out - great for groups. The location was perfect, walking distance to almost everything with great retail right below us. Felt very safe and secure too.

Great location and large apartment

The location was great, the check in was very easy, and everything was exactly as it was described in the listing. We had 2 children and 6 adults staying in this apartment and we still had a spare bed. Great apartment and I would definitely recommend it for a larger group.

In need of some maintenance but geat location and space

Property is a bit old and tired but a the same time the property has character and is in a great location and a lot of space and can comfortably accommodate the maximum bed count. I think the Luxury Apartment description is probably misleading but Space and location make up for this

The apartment is extremely well located, spacious, clean, stylish and comfortable. Although we went all over the city, the apartment's immediate neighborhood has so much to offer. Great restaurants, shopping, taxis and metro, and beautiful areas just steps away from the apartment. H2O is very accessible and quick to communicate. We would definitely stay there again. Barcelona is a fantastic city with friendly people, amazing sites to see and wonderful food. It is also convenient to the airport and very affordable.

Gorgeous, clean, huge apartment with plenty of room and beds for all ten of us. Never felt crowded (except in the living room--need a few more comfy seats or a sofa. We would pull over the dining chairs to hang out but they weren't comfortable enough to lounge in). View of the famous street and architecture was beautiful. Busy during the day but the high-end shopping district is very quiet at night. Several gelato and breakfast places immediately under the apartment on a shady side street. Paella place (blue building) one block away excellent. Grocery stores and pharmacy right there, as is El Nacional. Unbelievable location. All rooms have AC except one in the back, but there are numerous fans. Well supplied with everything, and so charming. Elevators work well, washer and dryer worked fine (just be aware you need to empty the water collection bucket from the dryer as it is not vented to the outside--no instructions, we googled the user manual). Highly recommend. Other than adding a few comfy chairs, nothing I would change. Enjoy!!

Clean, quaint, easy

Great location. Check in was easy. Very communicative. A couple of notes: we almost didn’t book because we went off platform to pay for it. I was 10% worried it was a scam. I think this is because of the taxes. Don’t worry if you have concerns. It must just be a Spain thing. There was a leak in the air conditioning when we arrived. They fixed quickly. For the owner to know, better linens and towels would be a nice upgrade. Overall a nice place with five star customer service.

I am 47 years old from North Carolina, USA. My wife and teenage children had the pleasure of staying at this amazing apartment in July 2018, it was perfect for us. The H2O team were extremely nice and responsive, and our entire experience from booking to check out was flawless. The apartment itself is large and spacious with a beautiful view of Casa Batllo, and situated right in the middle of great shopping, bars and restaurants, and a short fun walk to La Rambla, the Gothic Quarter and everything else! The apartment is also literally a 30 second walk from a major metro stop serving the city and region. My son and I took a day trip to Sitges while my wife and daughter went to Tarragona, both extremely simple and fast train rides right from the stop right by the apartment. We adored Barcelona and this apartment was a key element of the wonderful trip.

Perfect location!

This home is central to everything with a gorgeous view or Casa Batllo! Check in was easy. There are small elevators to help with luggage. We felt very safe and enjoyed the extreme spaciousness of this apartment! Our only challenge was that we did not realize the bedroom with private bath in the back of the house does not have AC. We were told to leave the adjoining room door open and it would cool off that room. But during the night that AC stopped working until the next day. We managed, but that was not ideal. Keep in mind if staying during the summer heat. I lost my phone to the ocean on day 2 and could not communicate further with the property manager, so I hope all was ok with our check out. Overall we loved this property and highly recommend.

Large apartment in great location

The apartment was very roomy and the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the shopping district. There was a subway station just across the street, which made getting around much easier. The beds were comfortable. We spent over €4500 for four nights, so we were surprised with how little was included with our stay. We got one pillow, one bath towel, and one hand towel each. I asked at least four times for extra pillows, but they never came. I had to use decorative pillows as bed pillows, which is gross. We were greeted with a small bottle of vermouth, a small bag of chips, and a small can of olives with anchovies. We also received a sponge, a disposable towel, a small bottle of dish soap, two laundry pods and two dishwasher pods. Lastly, we were handed nine hotel sized shampoos. And that was it for seven adults for four days; we were on our own for the rest. There was not a single food item in the apartment…not even salt and pepper. If you wanted to cook, you had to buy everything. After a long day of travel the first thing we had to do is run to the market to buy hand soap, bottled water, and coffee pods. All other VRBOs we’ve stayed at provided these things and much more. The communication was pretty poor. I emailed the host several times via email and VRBO in the couple of weeks leading up to the trip with no reply at all. The host finally replied the day before.

Take a step back in time! This apartment and its excellent host was one of the highlights of our vacation. This is not one of those new, sheetrocked condos, but a gracious set of rooms overlooking Passeig de Gracia, a stately example in the grand style of the Eixample. From the dining room windows, you can see Gaudi's Casa Batlló. There are large, comfortable spaces for everyone with big rooms for eating together and hanging out. Big kitchen. Big dining room. All of this was sparkling clean, well-equipped, and immaculate. The building itself is elegance defined with a doorman during business hours, two small elevators, quiet neighbors, and much privacy for each apartment. The location of this apartment is a dream and puts all the glamour of Barcelona is at your front door.

H2O hospitality is one of the best communicators that we've dealt with in all our stays. Our 11 day stay in Barcelona was met with excitement and comfort when we booked this apartment. The views of the Passeig de Gràcia take you back to the 19th century where art nouveau, and modernism were prevalent . The apartment is located on the 4th floor. The spacious layout gives the occupier a sense that this apartment hosted many affluent people in the past. We are a family of 5 so each had their own room to call home for the 11 day stay. Early morning walks to a pastry and coffee shop are only seconds away. Small markets line either side of the street where you can grab milk, cereal and a nice bottle of wine. And let's not stop with the endless amount of shopping. The metro is only a few minutes walk away and it is easy to access any location from here. Lovely apt, but horrible smell in front bathroom

Such a lovely, elegant old apt right on Passeig de Gràcia! The only trouble we had was that the front bathroom had a truly horrible smell that filled the apt unless we kept that bathroom door closed. It was a strong stench of rotting cabbages, but we could not find a source. It seemed to ultimately be a plumbing/sewage problem. If you book this lovely and ideally located place please inquire if this has been fixed before booking. Also Meritxel the person who greets you and gives you the keys is wonderful — a very humorous person who is flexible in meeting times and very efficient! She was the greatest!

Flat has an amazing amount of space. Very well appointed/comfortable. Property management staff was very attentive to our requests (incl early arrival). All very friendly. Views onto Passeig de Gracia are the best to be had. Building is impressive, secure, all very professional. Couldnt have been better.
