Newly beautifully refurbished flat in a small two-floor old 18th century house overlooking the Gulf of Trieste suspended on San Giusto hill. In the middle of cittavecchia, the old pedestrian center of Trieste.

Close to everything: 3 minutes from the castle, 10 mins to Piazza Unità.

Beautiful little terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for aperitivo or breakfast al fresco.

Two double bedrooms with plenty of storage (one with large walk-in wardrobe), new beds and furniture.
Additional sofa bed in living room.

Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and large fish oven and microwave. Large dining table for 8+ people.

In a pedestrian area, no direct access by car, access to the house is via stairs so not suitable for persons with limited mobility/children strollers.

Private parking garage available in Park San Giusto, accessible via lift to San Giusto hill - 5 mins from the flat.

The apartment location was excellent - near the old town and walking area. The private garage was also a plus. The patio view was nice looking out to the sea. Lots of kitchen supplies and a washer, if we needed it. Gabriella and her son were helpful and on-time to check in and check out.

Trieste short stay

We were met by our host (and son who was excellent at explaining everything we needed to know. The apartment is beautiful, with modern furnishings and a homely feel. Great facilities (kitchen and bathrooms). A great spot too. A few steps to get down to the city or up to the castle, but the changes in levels and connecting streets is one of the joys of Trieste

Charming apartment is beautifully updated, with amazing views of the city and Adriatic. Very comfortable for 4 adults and 1 child. Check-in was smooth; host was extremely gracious and helpful. Elevator in parking garage brings pedestrians from the lower to the upper part of the city, where apartment is located.

Newly refurbished central flat on San Giusto hill

The apartment is is an old building but completely modernized with stunning interior architecture. Located right between San Giusto Hilll and the old town the location is perfect for exploring the city by foot. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the bay. Our landlord was extremely helpful wiht check-in and parking. Overall one of the best holiday homes we stayed at.

Bsst host on VRBO!

We have stayed in 25+ VRBO all throughout Europe and USA, the host was part of the family. He greeted us in person and upon departure making sure we were taken care of. The place itself had amazing view from the balcony, kitchen was super modern. Amazon Alexa in the whole house. Spacious. Book it now!!

Trieste - WONDERFUL

For decades we spend our holidays only in vacation flats. All were premium, but this one was the best ever! The apartment, in the best zone of Trieste, far from traffic and totally quiet, and with a splendid view over the city and the coast. It is a total house only for you, spacious, ideally furnished and very tastefully decorated. There it s single challenge - a staircase of 72 stairs is the only way to and from the apartment - a real challenge for your fitness, maybe good for your health.... Das Haus liegt an der Treppe zwischen dem Castello di San Giusto und dem Teatro Romano, damit sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist spektakulär. Wunderbar freundlicher Empfang, sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin.

Ottimo!

In diesem Ferienhaus stimmt einfach alles: vertrauensvoller Kontakt mit den Vermietern, perfekter Check-In und Check out und eine so optimale Ausstattung und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, dass unseres Erachtens deutlich wird, dass diese Unterkunft auch selbst von den Eigentümern genutzt wird. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach umwerfend und wenn man eine Auszeit vom Verkehrslärm nehmen möchte, könnte man es nicht besser treffen. Dafür muss man zwar etwas länger zum nächsten Supermarkt laufen und auch die eine oder andere Treppe bewältigen (dies ist der einzige Aspekt, der von mobilitätseingeschränkten Personen berücksichtigt werden sollte), aber wir konnten uns auch ohne Auto eine Woche lang problemlos versorgen. Und dafür mussten wir noch nicht einmal den öffentlichen Aufzug benutzen, der runter zum Teatro Romano führt. Ansonsten sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und anlässlich eines Streiks konnten wir überprüfen, dass man den Bahnhof in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann, auch mit Gepäck. Grazie tanto per questo soggiorno davvero particolare! Christina und Bodo

Alles war perfekt. Der check-in unkompliziert, die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber, die Lage perfekt, ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartamento molto curato. A 500 metri da piazza unita d Italia. Dalle 7 alle 23 c è un ascensore che rende piacevolissimo l accesso al centro. Dopo le 23 un po di scalini e salite da fare

Traumhafte Location mit Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer

Hier hat alles super gepasst und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet . Es gibt die Möglichkeit, die Parkgarage des Vermieters zu nutzen (gegen Gebühr), dies ist in Triest von großem Vorteil. Diese Parkgarage (Park San Giusto) befindet sich in Wohnungsnähe. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!! Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Castello di San Giusto etwas über der Stadt und dennoch zentral zum Zentrum. Ganz ohne Treppenstufen geht es aber nicht .

Traumhäuschen in bester Lage

Das Appartement ist ein hervorragender Rückzugsort hoch über der lebendigen Stadt. Von hier aus erreicht man alle wichtigen Orte zu Fuß sehr schnell. Der Rundblick reicht über den alten Hafen sogar bis Miramar. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, beste Ausstattung und viel Liebe zum Detail laden zum längeren Verweilen ein. Die Fotos in der Anzeige entsprechen in jeder Hinsicht der Realität - ein Glücksgriff!
