- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25y (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.

- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability, and for a fee, please contact us for the details.

Ideal apartment in an ideal area as long as you’re fit to climb the 4 flights of stairs (not a problem for us). The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing. The small apartment space was utilised well and has everything you need for a week away BUT The cleanliness of the apartment was off putting, the double cabin type bed a nightmare to get in and out of and the 2 mattresses placed on them were dirty on inspection, the under rim of the toilet filthy as was the window of the apartment. With a bit of care and attention, a fresh coat of paint (and a good clean) the apartment would have been worth what we paid but as it stands, it certainly wasn’t.
