Summary:

Welcome to this lovely and newly renovated penthouse located a few minutes walk from the Miramar shopping center and the historic castle Castillo Sohail with frequent concerts and events during the summer months.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Fuengirola with close proximity to everything you need during a holiday, such as the beach (350m) Miramar shopping center with grocery stores, shopping, entertainment and restaurants (500m) and the nearest restaurant is just around the corner.



The Space:

When you step into the apartment, you are welcomed by natural light and a lovely mountain view from the balcony. A few steps through the hall lead you to the fully equipped kitchen on the left, complete with a dining table for four. The living area offers a comfortable sofa and a large Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The apartment also features a 100 MB fiber internet connection.



From the living room, you access the spacious balcony with afternoon sun, and during summer you can enjoy sunshine from noon until sunset. From here, you have a beautiful view over Fuengirola and the Mijas mountains.



The master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, ample wardrobe space, and has its own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a double bed on the lower level and a single bed on the upper level.



The apartment is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, Smart TV, washing machine, and much more for a comfortable stay.



The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



Key pickup is available at Málaga Airport at our service desk, providing a convenient option for guests arriving by air. Alternatively, you may collect your keys from our office in Fuengirola Center.

The Neighborhood:

The Castillo Sohail area offers relaxed seaside living next to one of Fuengirola’s most iconic landmarks. Just steps from wide sandy beaches and a scenic riverside promenade, it’s ideal for walks, outdoor activities, and beach days. The area is quieter than the town center but still close to restaurants, shops, and transport, with easy access to Málaga and the airport. A perfect spot for a peaceful stay by the sea with everything nearby.



Getting Around:

The area is easy to explore on foot, with the beach, promenade, and nearby restaurants within walking distance. Fuengirola town center is about a 15–20 minute walk along the seaside path. Taxis are readily available, and the train station is nearby with direct connections to Málaga city and the airport. Car access is simple with quick links to the A-7 motorway, and street parking is available in the area.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25y (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
