Great location and a comfortable place.

This was a great place for us to spend ten days. Plenty of space to stretch out, plenty of room for friends to join us for dinner. The check-in and access was easy to manage throughout our stay and great location. Would be nice if the kitchen was a bit better equipped (a few more glasses, a cutting board, etc.), but minor quibbles!

The location was fantastic - easy walk everywhere There was an issue with some bugs - I got a spider bite and mosquito bites No views from windows - so it was a nice big space and good location but just lose couple of negatives It’s easy to arrive by taxi but would be a little trek if you took the bus

Good location but a problematical property

While the apartment was perfectly clean and in a fabulous location, there were problems that we hope the owner attends to: the two locks on the apartment door were unusable and went unrepaired during our stay; there were no directions available to operate any appliance, most particularly the washer/dryer; there was inadequate cutlery (e.g. only 2 coffee spoons in an apartment intended for 4 people); 2 of the 3 air conditioning remotes did not work; the television could be turned on and off only by plugging it in and unplugging it; there is no place to hang clothing in one of the two bedrooms although there is adequate space to provide for this; there were no ice trays to make ice; there was no floor mat in one of the bathrooms; there was no laundry detergent; there were no paper towels or napkins provided; neither of the two bathrooms sinks could be made to hold water; one of the 4 kitchen chairs is broken and unusable; wet towels were left by the cleaners in a closet; there was no folder or notebook of information about the apartment provided. I've been a VRBO user for a good number of years, but I must say that I've never been in a VRBO apartment, house, or condominium where there were so many problems, no information provided other than how to access the internet, and no way to communicate with the owner/manager other than by WhatsApp. Unless all of these matters are taken care of, I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend this VRBO to anyone. I'm sorry to have to say this.
