Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit zwei Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern von 10 und 13 Jahren im Appartement sehr genossen. Schon einige Wochen vor unserem Aufenthalt hat uns Ingrid ein hilfreiches Dokument mit vielen Informationen geschickt. Der Check-in war durch die Schlüsselbox kein Problem. Die zwei Dachterrassen der Wohnung gehören zu den absoluten Highlights aber auch die Einrichtung der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Meine Jungs haben einige Male auf den Sofas "gechillt" oder sich um den Sessel gestritten. In der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche haben wir einige leckere Mahlzeiten zubereitet - es gibt sogar einen Airfrier. Ingrid hat sich während unseres Aufenthaltes noch ein paar Mal erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und hat ihre Gastgeberrolle prima ausgefüllt.Den Kritikpunkt der lauten Disco im Erdgeschoss den ein anderer Gast angebracht hat kann ich nicht bestätigen wir sind sehr lärmempfindlich und haben trotzdem fast immer bei offenem Fenster geschlafen. Die schon früher geäußerten Beschwerden über den Zeitweise auftretenden unangenehmen Geruch in der Toilette muss ich allerdings bestätigen. Wir haben einfach die Türe geschlossen gehalten und da man ja in der Regel nicht allzuviel Zeit auf der Toilette verbringt fiel dieser Punkt für uns nicht zu sehr ins Gewicht. Insgesamt war es ein gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub in einer Wohnung die mit ihrer Lage und Ausstattung und auch mit einem guten Preis glänzt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die Dachterrassen sind wirklich ein Highlight, ebenso die Feuerstelle für gemütliche Abende! Auch toll eingerichtet, bequemes Bett, Küche gut ausgestattet und schöne zentrale Lage. Man braucht nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand, Bahn, einkaufen…Sehr nette Gastgeber, auch stets erreichbar. Für lärmempfindliche Gäste ist nachts ein Hörschutz zu empfehlen - man ist halt zentral und die Gäste der Disco nebenan sind gerne lustig und laut während des Rauchens vor der Tür ;) Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Korte trip aan zee

Heerlijk tot rust komen in het appartement. Supermarkt en strand op loopafstand. In de omgeving genoeg te doen zoals Duinkerke en Ieper. Contact met eigenaresse verliep prettig.

Ein sehr schönes Penthouse

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und das Penthouse für diesen Preis ganz toll! Kleine Abzüge gibt es, da der in der Beschreibung enthaltene Grill nicht da war und Grillen plötzlich verboten war. Auch der Lärm der darunter liegenden Disco war bei offenen Fenster sehr störend.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen die Wohnung gefallen hat. Was den Grill betrifft, handelt es sich aus Sicherheitsgründen um einen elektrischen Tischgrill. Ich glaube nicht, dass ich irgendwo anders BBQ geschrieben habe. Aufgrund des lauten Cafés ist das schwierig, sie müssen sich an die Lärmnorm halten, aber es sind oft die Besucher, die keinen Respekt vor der Umwelt haben. Immer willkommen, außerhalb der Saison ist es sehr ruhig.

Tolle Wohnung mit perfekter Lage

Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut und wir konnten sie immer per WhatsApp erreichen. Die Wohnung hat zwei Dachterrassen und liegt wirklich nur 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Von einer der Dachterrassen kann man das Meer sehen. Soweit war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Es gab sogar einen Airfryer, aber leider keinen Toaster. Den Tag haben wir am Strand verlebt und konnten die Abende auf der gemütlichen Dachterrasse ausklingen lassen. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Beste, We stellen uw eerlijke feedback op prijs en doen er alles aan om onze bezoekers een aangenaam verblijf te geven. We hebben gevolg gegeven aan uw comments en een andere poetshulp gezocht. Er waren inderdaad wat plukken van de dweil blijven liggen en kruimels in de bestekbak gevonden. Wat betreft de geur, dit probleem komt soms voor als water lange tijd stilstaat. We hebben nogmaals warm water later lopen in het putje en het probleem heeft zich niet meer voorgedaan. Voor alle duidelijkheid, het putje in de douche wordt regelmatig schoongemaakt.
