Located between Worthing and Brighton, so in easy reach of many superb bars and restaurants and attractions to visit. 5 STARS FOR THIS RENTAL

The flat was extremely clean modern bright and airy and spacious. Right across from the beach, great location. Heidi was so welcoming and offered for me to depart at any time of my last day as she did not have another booking which made for an easy smooth departure day. Charming home with amazing hosts

A beautiful, clean annex with plenty of space, comfortable and new furniture. A minute away from the beach of the English Channel, the hosts should be labeled super hosts as they went above and beyond for us during our stay. They are warm welcoming people with big hearts!

Home from home by the sea

We had a lovely stay in this beautifully appointed annexe close to the sea. Jon and Heidi have thought of everything to give you a comfortable stay and we were very lucky with the weather. Great suggestions for places to eat and visit and we enjoyed cycling along the seafront in both directions. Highly recommended

Why they chose this property

The Annexe is located perfectly between Brighton and Worthing. It enjoys easy access along the coast by train, bus or car. You can enjoy the South Down National Park, beach and town centre shopping all in one day if you wish to. The beach is less than one minute away, so if you are looking to relax in luxury next to the beachside, the Annexe could be perfect for you.

What makes this property unique

We have so many activities close by such as walking, windsurfing, kayaking and visiting local treasures such as Parham House. You have your own outside area that is secure if you need to store items such as bikes or water sports equipment. Our property has been fitted out to the highest standards. We are sure you will want to come back once you have visited.
