Suitability - All on one level. There is a slight step up to the porch entrance and the property is too small for wheelchair users. The door openings inside Bodwarren are low - it is an older property - tall people should be aware!
Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds (suitable for adults).
Bathroom - Bath with shower over, WC, basin and towel rail.
Kitchen - Basic kitchen with electric hob and oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer (equivalent of two small drawers), toaster, kettle and microwave.
Open Plan sitting/dining room - Large sofa and armchair, tv/dvd and log burning stove (1st basket of logs supplied). Dining table that seats four.
Outdoors - Enclosed (by fencing and hedges) garden but overlooked by the adjoining house. Please be aware that no garden is fully enclosed - a determined dog will be able to wander. Picnic table and bench and charcoal BBQ.
Parking - Private parking outside property for two cars.
Children - Highchair and travel cot available upon request at time of booking. Please note bedding is not provided.
Bikes - Can be stored behind the property please bring bike lock/ cover.
