Aside from the forms needed to be signed for the city, the process was easy as usual for VRBO. The townhouse was as expected, with no surprises. Even the trundle bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent, with restaurants within walking distance. Would rent again! Shampoo/conditioner & soap were not provided…probably oversight.

We had a great trip to New Buffalo, and this was probably one of our favorite places we've stayed. Plenty of space, close to everything but not loud, and the multiple balconies/patios were awesome.Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a bachelorette weekend! The house was clean and had plenty of space for our group to relax and spend time together. The outdoor space was a highlight—we loved hanging out outside in the evenings. The location was also great, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. Would definitely recommend!

We had such a fabulous time and this house was perfect. It is walkable to everything. It had plenty of seating in the living room, on the rooftop deck and the main deck for our group to all sit comfortably. Everything was very clean and we were shocked at how well stocked this house was with kitchen supplies and beach/pool supplies! Our only complaint is we had a hard time utilizing the living room tv. I think I may need an update of some sort.

We stayed here on a visit from the UK and it was such a perfect place to stay in New Buffalo. Fantastic house with great balconies and the use of the pool and the hot tub was great. V close to the town.

Great location . . . two items that we think would be beneficial to future travelers. This unit is right next to the tracks - so I believe the last train went through around 10:00/10:15 p.m. Saturday night - Casey's has an outdoor garden party that can get rather loud - as it did when we were there. My friend was very happy she carried ear plugs to sleep. We followed the instructions when leaving - however, had wondered about the towels and things we did use. Knowing the bedding was to be left - we assumed the towels should be too. It was the perfect location for walking to see the sunsets, sunrises and to get our morning cup of coffee. We enjoyed the top deck. The unit itself was spacious for the three of us ladies. It was to be five of us, but due to family health issues two had to cancel. We think five would have been a little tight - we are at the age everyone should have their own bed. Living area was very comfortable - couch would have been a great place to sleep as it was very comfy. Girls annual trip - we look forward to returning next year - depending how many plan to make the trip, this unit would be a definite contender.Thank you for sharing your slice of New Buffalo.

Our 3 bedroom house sleeps 6 comfortably. 1 king bed and 2 twin beds, a twin trundle with a pull out twin. Sofa can sleep someone if desired. The towels are to be left in bathroom or in basket by the washer. The cleaning service will clean unit shortly after check out. Thank you for the 5 star review!

Great Family Retreat

Our second time staying at this property for family vacation. The property is well maintained and clean, has a ton of amenities pre-stocked, and the owners are very responsive. The location is perfect to downtown and has pool and beach access within easy walking distance. The property's multiple outdoor spaces are wonderful for family time. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

College Roomies from Years ago Gather!

Terrific location to shops, definitely restaurants so many to chose. Beach access a few steps away. Our rental had the best amenities we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot. Homeowners lovely to communicate with before and during stay.

First vacation with baby

We had a wonderful time on our vacation here, which was our first with our new baby. The location is perfect, the condo was clean and modern, and there were tons of amenities. The outdoor spaces were amazing! The hosts clearly went out of their way to make us feel at home. The community pool is nice and quiet, and the beach and restaurants and shops are easily walkable. We hope we can visit again soon and would stay here again.

Great Rental in the Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in this location! Our family of 5 loved everything about this New Buffalo vacation. We even extended our stay by a day, which was wonderful! The house was clean and had everything we needed! The location was perfect, walking distance to everything, the beach, the pool, the town shops, the Amtrak station, Barney’s the grocery store, and more. We always enjoy New Buffalo, there are so many good restaurants, and little shops to explore! Even took the train to Chicago for an afternoon. Which is so easy from this location, being right next to the Amtrak station. We parked our car and didn’t need it for our whole trip! The house was very comfortable for me and my husband, and our three teenage girls. That decks are so relaxing, and the kitchen had everything we needed! We really enjoyed the pool also!! I would love to come back to this house again, and would definitely recommend this house to anybody wanting to be in a walkable downtown location!
