The property is wonderfully private, yet the house is located close to the shops, the town, the beach and the river. To the front, the house is approached on a private driveway with parking for several cars

The ground floor hosts three bedrooms and two bathrooms – ideal for members of your group with limited mobility, while the first floor hosts en-suite master bed with super king sized bed

The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and was very spacious for a group of 6 adults staying. The large enclosed garden was great for our dog. Our only criticism is that the television hadn't been configured properly so we couldn't access main BBC channels except via iPlayer. It is also a bit of a walk to the centre of Aldeburgh but there are a co-op and Tesco express fairly close which had everything we needed.
