This is a wonderful location to explore East Suffolk with Framlingham with its famous castle also short drive away. Extensive National Trust land nearby includes Minsmere bird sanctuary, Dunwich and Westleton heaths and walks from Snape to Aldeburgh make this a perfect place for a walking or cycling holiday. There are numerous excellent pubs and restaurants and lots of places to visit including Woodbridge, Orford, Orford Ness and the fabulous archeological site and exhibition at Sutton Hoo.
The main house comprises a light and airy front drawing room with direct access onto the garden, further large study/sitting room with wood fired stove and sofa bed. Three double bedrooms each with own shower/bathroom. This area leads into the rear extension which comprises a large and very light kitchen, fully equipped to a high standard open plan central dining room with full height glazed doors to garden and ceiling light. This leads into the TV/sitting room with windows on two walls overlooking the garden. There is also an independent two bedroom/bathroom guest annex and spacious playroom/barn for games, TV. This also has it's own wood fired stove. Gardens surround the house on all sides and these overlook fields and woods.
