We offer you a cozy apartment located in a quiet urbanization with a swimming pool, just four minutes from the Avenida de Puerto del Carmen, a walk along the beach, which has Restaurants, Cafes, Shops, Supermarkets, Shopping Centers, a Casino, Recreational, etc. Ideal to spend a few days on the wonderful island of Lanzarote.
The accommodation is fully equipped. It has a bedroom, a bathroom and a large living room, kitchen and dining room. In addition to a wonderful terrace with spectacular views of the sea and the urbanization pool.
This apartment is ideal for couples who want to disconnect and enjoy a relaxed vacation near the beach in an idyllic environment with the feeling of feeling at home.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker and juicer. In the house you will have within reach a washing machine, a hair dryer, a clothes iron, as well as a small clothesline and an ironing board. Smart TV and WIFI television.
Guests are required to show a valid ID upon check-in.
VACATION HOUSING
