We offer you a cozy apartment located in one of the towns with the widest commercial and service offering on the island. It has Shopping Centers, Supermarkets, Recreational Centers, Playgrounds, Cinemas, etc., just four minutes from Puerto del Carmen Avenue, a walk along the beach, full of restaurants and cafes. Ideal to spend a few days on the wonderful island of Lanzarote.
The accommodation is fully equipped. It has a bedroom, a bathroom and a large living room, kitchen and dining room. In addition to a wonderful terrace with spectacular views of the sea.
This apartment is ideal for couples or families who want to disconnect and enjoy a relaxed vacation near the beach in an idyllic environment with the feeling of feeling at home.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker and juicer. In the house you will have within reach a washing machine, a hair dryer, a clothes iron, as well as a small clothesline and an ironing board. Smart TV, WIFI and satellite television with more than 300 channels in English, German, Italian and French.
Guests are required to show a valid ID upon check-in.
