London Paddington

Great apartment. All new appliances and newly updated. Quick walk to Paddington Station. Easy Transportation everywhere including Heathrow Express.

Flat is modern and clean, and good location relative to Paddiington tube station, but extremely tiny with only the bare essentials provided. Flat screen TV did not work, and no instructions provided. Prior to check in, absolutely no reply by landlord despite our messages. Pretty unacceptable.

Excellent location, great accommodations & staff

The flat was very well laid out with 2 separate sleeping quarters, which suited our party perfectly. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of windows. Very centrally located, with Paddington station just a short walk. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Desappointing

Traveled from March 10th to March 15th. After booking the apt, we have wrote to the manager to mention that we are 2 friends , not a couple and we will need sheets for the sofa-bed in the living room. We didn't get any response and had to write again the following week, the manager had said and I quote: ''I completely missed your e-mail''...Which seems not really professional. She said it would not be a problem, there is always extra bedsheets in the apt...When we got to the apt, there were no bed sheets for the sofa, no heating, just some auxiliary heating, we were freezing. We texted the manager and she charged us an extra per day to have the sheets for the sofa. She knew we would use the 2 beds, she didn't say anything prior to our arrival. I am used to rent apt when I travel, it never happened before. This was a very disappointing trip, if I had known, I would haver never rented there.
