Villa Vista Mar y Volcán, is a beautiful home with views of the volcano and the ocean, ideal for vacations with family and friends, located in a quiet residential area. Its rooms are spacious, offering an ideal place for an excellent vacation.



The house is in Playa Blanca, 5-minute walk from the Montaña Roja Volcano and 10 minutes from the sea.



The house has capacity for 6 people and all the rooms are on the same floor, except the pool, which its acces is from the terrace going down stairs.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them double and one en suite with a double bed and bathroom. Another bathroom between the two bedrooms and a large living-dining room. Fully equipped independent kitchen with: ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, classic coffee maker, filter and Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle and juicer.



From the living room, you can enjoy nice moments wit beautiful views. The place has a table, 6 chairs and a sofa. From here you go down stairs to the pool area.

It has a small garden and a large pool, a barbecue and furniture to have lunch or dinner, under an umbrella. The pool can be heated in winter for an additional cost of €120 per week.



In the house it has: washing machine and laundry room with recycling containers, safe, air conditioning in all bedrooms, electrical anti-mosquito devices, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, Smart TV and satellite channels (Languages: Spanish, English, German , French) and free internet access (wifi).



We supply shower, beach towels and bed linen.



140 m² accommodation, tastefully and modernly furnished, comfortable and bright, with all rooms facing the outside.

It is located 150 m from the supermarket, 200 m from the water park, 300 m from the coast beach, 500 m from the sand beach, 1 km from the bus station, 1 km from the city, 33 km from the airport.



The house always has parking available on public street, since it is a dead end street where there is no traffic.



We welcome you with a special welcome pack to facilitate your arrival: water, beer, coca cola, juice, coffee, tea and colacao for the little ones, sugar, salt, chips, cookies, basic cleaning set and aloe amenities (gel and shampoo).

Beautiful and tastefully decorated villa

The villa completely met our expectations. All the rooms were nicely decorated. The swinging pool and garden were very nice and cleaned every 3-4 days. We enjoyed our stay very much and intend to return in winter. Playa Blanca's center can be reached on foot in 30 minutes. The Spanish beds are a little bit smaller than in Netherlands and the mattresses are on the hard side. A topper on the mattress would help.

Vista Mar y Volcan - March 2023

This is a high quality villa in a quiet area of Playa Blanca. The end to end service offered by Monica and Bettina at We Love Tourism was superb, very efficient and professional. We booked directly as opposed to using the larger worldwide booking sites. The villa is spacious, comfortable, with fast wifi if needed. The pool area (which is not overlooked) is surrounded by a high wall which offers protection from the wind. A wonderful 10 day stay, thank you.

Fabulous!

The house was beautiful. It's got fantastic views and is excellently located for the town. We had a car but there are taxis nearby or maybe a 30 minute walk. The pool area is so private and a brilliant sun trap. Very comfy sunbeds! Everything we needed was here and Bettina kept in touch with us to check everything was ok. I'd highly recommend it. One thing we could have done with was a clothes horse. There is a great utility area but when we wanted to dry things and it was raining there was nowhere to hang them. It would be nice to be able to put them out in the sun.

Fabulous!

A beautiful villa with stunning views that we never tired of. The pool area and garden is not overlooked and is in the sun all day. The pool was cleaned twice during our 9 day stay and the garden is kept very well maintained. The villa is very well equipped, bright and extremely clean. Some snacks and drinks were awaiting us on our arrival which was a lovely touch. There is a supermarket a short walk away but we had hired a car so used the supermarkets in Playa Blanca and surrounding areas. There was always space to park outside the villa. There are several shops and restaurants a short drive away and the bus stop and taxi rank are a few minutes walk away. Bettina and her colleagues were extremely helpful and friendly with the couple of enquiries we had and responded promptly and efficiently. This is a beautiful villa and a wonderful place to holiday. We would highly recommend this property. If we had to make any suggestions for improvements they are only minor. The light outside the front door is quite dim and at night time it can be difficult to unlock the front door. Also, a mirror on one of the bedroom walls would be ideal to enable hair drying in an air conditioned room. These are just minor suggestions and would not impact our decision on booking this amazing villa again.

A perfect house for a great vacation!

I liked the personal communication by what’s app. The house was great, big, and very clean. It was possible to put our luggage earlier in the house, which was great. The heated pool was a big plus for our stay. We already suggested small practical points to improve by what’s app. Nothing serious.
