The apartment itself was cute. Walking into the apartment however was a mess. There was an old couch and garbage in the entryway not very appealing. The day before I arrived I was in the ER and I needed to go home. I asked if they would consider giving me a partial refund given the circumstances and they refused. It was very disappointing.

The space needed some renovations. Hot water ran out quickly, wooden boards would go out of place, there was a hole in the wall, and bathroom light went out.

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre de Madrid. Mauvaise literie et cuisine mal équipée.
