Responsive host. Nice neighborhood, easy to walk. No A/C was very hard for us - it was hot in Paris and so we were uncomfortable and it was hard to sleep.

Well-equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. No air conditioning but with fans in every bedroom and two in the living area it was comfortable in early June.

My family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment in the Marais district. The apartment had all of the necessary basics, was clean and quiet, and is centrally located, It is very convenient to all of the Paris attractions and activities.

We traveled as a party of 5 adults and thought the apartment was perfect. It had all the essentials and was close to restaurants, grocery stores and transportation. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was as advertised. Beds are comfortable and kitchen facilities are good. Apartment is secure and was very clean upon our arrival. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend this property. Please note that the tourist tax is paid separately from the booking cost and is approximately 60/person for an adult.

Great spot for a family or small group

Three bedroom apartment in a quiet building in a great location, easily accessible to the metro and good restaurants and great shopping. Our family had a great time in Paris! Management company was very responsive and place is clean and has everything you need.

The location is excellent, the appliances good, the cleanliness and linen very good. The accommodations are not quite. The two-storey walkup was a real negative for our older members. 1. This “recently renovated” apartment needs a paint job. A big chunk of paint has fallen from the wall of a bedroom and a corner of a bathroom baseboard is held together with duct tape. 2. One shower drain is clogged and water accumulates up to your ankles (the owner was notified on day one, but nothing was done about it). 3. None of the doors latch – bedroom doors swing open and closed with drafts. 4. The bedrooms do not have a view, as claimed, since the windows are frosted and do not open. 6. As another renter noted, the two kitchen shelves are installed so high that a 5’3” individual cannot reach a glass or a cup. Ditto for reading the dials on the clothes dryer, which is installed high on the wall. But most concerning is the finnicky keypad on the door. It often took multiple tries to get the door open, causing anxiety about whether we would get back in.

Paris Family Vacation

Great place for our family of 6 on our first visit to Paris. Communication with the host was clear and timely. Restaurants, groceries, and metro stops all within a quarter-mile walk from the apartment complex. The apartment was clean and had an ample supply of towels, dishes, etc. Would definitely rent again.

A fine place to stay in Paris

We had to make a last minute change in accommodations and this apartment was available fortunately. Very good communication with the landlord and excellent location in the Marias. Accommodations were fine and no issues. Definitely recommend and will stay there again when in Paris .

Perfect location for walking

This apartment is close to metro and bus stations and within walking to Le Marais, the Seine area, and beyond. Four adults and two teens were fine in the space. We appreciated the dining area and kitchen and the nearby boulangerie.

Great Location

We had a great time in Paris with our family (5 adults). The listing was accurate and as expected. It was the right size for the 5 of us. The location was great...very close to metro stops and had a great cafe around the corner. The host was very responsive and let us check in early. If we visit Paris again we would stay here.

Very Nice Apartment / Great Location

We had a great time in Paris staying at this apartment. The apartment is spacious and very clean, with lots of room for 5 of us to each have privacy and space. The neighbourhood is lively with many shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s easy to walk from here to explore the rest of Paris. The apartment is located in a quiet lane away from the street so it was very peaceful, especially at night.

Perfect neighborhood, property needs a bit of work

I think this property is in a perfect location for a group of friends visiting Paris! So many amazing restaurants and bars are easily walkable from this location.The check-in process was very easy and we had no complications getting access.The property could use some refinishing. The seal on the windows in the bedrooms let some moisture in during the rainy weather. Some corners of the baseboards needed to be deep cleaned or replaced. Some sections of the bathroom without a window to the outside had some concerning looking dark spots.
